Buon Cibo

Service and atmosphere was perfect. However, the smell of the Starkville pizza was very off putting but it tasted okay. Not a restaurant problem, just a me problem. After I removed the whole tree of arugula from the top (because I thought that was the issue -it was not), I was able to eat 2 slices. The staff was soooo friendly, and everyone else seemed to enjoy their food. It’s a place I’ll def give another try in the future, but definitely for a different menu item.

This restaurant has been a community favorite for years, and it’s easy to see why. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with friendly service and an atmosphere that feels warm and welcoming. You can tell they take pride in everything they do. The food is consistently outstanding! Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or enjoying dinner with family, every dish is prepared with care. Their menu has something for everyone, and the presentation never disappoints. What makes this place even more special is how much they give back. They proudly support our local schools and always show up for the community. It’s rare to find a restaurant that not only serves great food, but also pours into the area they call home. They’ve been top notch since 2011, and we’re lucky to have them in our town. Highly recommend!

I've been there a handful of times and one thing I always get is their pasta salad! It is a little pricey, but the food there's always been tasty and it's a nice change from either fast food or mexican.. everything always tastes fresh and the service is quick and friendly.

First time I waked into this place I was so intimated by their menu I walked out and didn't order anything. My next attempt I was greeted by an employee that was super helpful explaining why I needed Buon Cibo in my life. As I travel the country for work, I find that super good quality food is hard to find. My only disappointment is that there is not one of these next door to my house. Thank you so much Reagan for advising me to stay and try. As well and the recommendations on my next six visits.

The Jackson Pizza (bacon, caramelized onions, and roasted sweet potatoes) and a large chicken ceaser salad (to go- I had them add tomatoes). I enjoyed the food and the price seemed average compared to other places ($30 for the small Pizza, large salad, and a tea). I would recommend!

Had one of the best cheeseburgers I have ever had. The food here is high quality and consistently good every time. The owners do a fantastic job and Hernando is blessed to have them here.

What a great little gem in Hernando. The service is always friendly. The place is always clean. Food is cooked to order, so it's fresh and hot. I've never been disappointed with a meal. Burgers, sandwiches, pizzas .... Always amazing. More expensive than fast food. But go treat yourself!
